Sometimes. If water is coming from the roof or flashing, caulk alone won't fix it. We'll tell you which.
How long does it last?
It depends on sun, movement, and the product. We'll use the right sealant for the spot.
Do you paint after?
We can discuss that when we look. Some sealants are left exposed; some get painted.
